Sketchronix ("we," "us," "our") is a small, independently-run drafting tool — not a large company with a data team. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what happens to your information when you use the site, generate a deck plan, or make a payment.
1Data We Collect
Data Minimization: We do not operate a user account database. Any structural dimensions, project names, or addresses entered into the Sketchronix drafting engine are processed in temporary server memory solely to generate your PDF blueprint set.
Zero Retention: Once your architectural PDF document is generated and transmitted to your browser, all project input data is immediately erased from our servers. We do not keep a copy.
2Local Storage
We use standard browser local storage (localStorage) to store a small technical marker that supports core functionality of the tool. This marker does not identify you personally, does not track your activity elsewhere, and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party.
4Payments
Sketchronix does not host or process any payments directly. All transactions are handled entirely by PayPal, a globally recognized, secure payment processor.
- Zero Financial Data Retention: Your card numbers, bank details, and billing information are entered directly into PayPal's secure checkout window — never into a Sketchronix form.
- Total Isolation: This financial data never reaches, passes through, or touches our servers. We have no access to your payment credentials. PayPal simply sends our backend a confirmation notice once a payment succeeds, so we can release your blueprint set.
5Blueprint & Project Data Processing
All architectural layouts, framing plan sets, and localized dimensional configurations are processed strictly on-demand.
- Temporary Processing: The project names, construction site addresses, and structural values you input are held in temporary server memory only for the seconds it takes to compile and stream your scaled PDF drawing.
- Immediate Erasure: The moment your download begins, that input data is instantly cleared from server memory. We do not store, catalog, or archive your project specifications in any permanent database.
6Other Third-Party Services
A few other outside services help the site run. Each only sees what's necessary to do its job:
- Google Fonts — loads the Inter typeface used across the site.
- Senja — displays customer testimonials embedded on the homepage.
- Behance — an external link to the designer's portfolio; Behance's own privacy policy applies once you click through.
7Children's Privacy
Sketchronix is a professional drafting tool intended for contractors, homeowners, and designers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8Your Rights
Because we don't retain project data or maintain user accounts, there is generally nothing stored for us to hand over or delete after your PDF has been generated. If you have questions about a specific interaction — including a payment made through PayPal — contact us and we'll help however we can.
9Changes to This Policy
If our practices change — for example, if we introduce accounts or a new analytics tool — we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
